View our website or visit us in person to explore where LeBlanc Enterprises is developing communities. We offer many styles of homes from condominiums to single family homes that should satisfy your wants and needs. When you have found your dream home, our sales representatives will answer all of your questions and make sure you have all the information needed to make a purchase!
When you have decided on a home our sales representative will ask you for some information that will be needed to prepare the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and will book an appointment for you to meet at our Head Office. Your sales representative will thoroughly review the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and you will sign at this appointment. Congratulations!
This is where the fun begins! You will have the opportunity to select your own finishes through our in house design studio or by appointment through our suppliers. This is where you will personalize your home and have opportunities to upgrade features. Make sure to bring your Pinterest photos and our staff will guide you through the entire process!
Prior To Closing
Our staff will prepare you for the closing of your new home by supplying a checklist that will include:
• All utility companies that will require your change of address
• Mailbox information
• A Pre-Delivery Inspection date and time
• Emergency contact list of telephone numbers
All of your deliveries for appliances/furniture or cable/telephone installation can be scheduled on or after your closing date.
You can now register your home with Tarion using the information given to you on your Pre-Delivery Inspection. To request Warranty Service at these times, you can submit warranty request forms online here after registering your home.
Your Coverage At A Glace
LeBlanc Enterprises is a registered Tarion builder and has been recognized twice for their excellence in customer satisfaction out of thousands of builders in Ontario. We use Tarion guidelines as a minimum standard and continue to go over and above these requirements for our home buyers. Our team has a dedicated Customer Care division that reviews any questions or concerns about your home.
Pre Move-In & One Year Warranty Coverage
Your warranty begins the day you purchase your home with deposit protection. You will then have two opportunities to request Warranty Services in your first year of occupancy after your Pre Delivery Inspection:
• Defects in workmanship and material during the first 30 days of occupancy
• Defects in workmanship and material during the last 30 days of the first year of occupancy

Two Year Warranty Coverage
The following items are warranted against defects in workmanship and material for a period of two years starting on your Closing Day:
• Defects in plumbing systems
• Defects in heating systems
• Defects in electrical Systems
• Water penetration of “leaks” from the exterior
• Detachment, displacement or deterioration of Exterior cladding
• Major structural defects (MSD)

Three To Seven Year Warranty Coverage
Your home is protected against Major Structural Defects (MSDs) for seven years from your Closing Day/Occupancy Date.
A Major Structural Defect is defined by the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act as:
• “Any defect in materials or work that results in the failure of a load-bearing part of the home structure, or any defect in materials or work that significantly and adversely affects the use of the building as a home.”
Remember proper maintenance is a prerequisite for certain warranty claims!
We recommend all homeowners understand the importance of New Home Maintenance and review Tarion’s Guidelines.
